Eblex is offering a special point of sale promotional kit for farm shops and direct-selling meat producers to boost sales.

The materials were designed to whet customers' appetites for beef and lamb by giving them recipe ideas and encouraging them to try different cuts, said Michael Richardson, direct selling programme manager at Eblex. "Raising awareness of the versatility of the products on offer will help farm shops build repeat business and ultimately boost sales."

Three hundred kits have been printed.
