Bottlegreen Drinks is launching a fresh brand of elderflower cordial next month in a bid to tempt ‘elderflower virgins’ to the category.
Blossom Cottage has been developed with a fruitier flavour than its standard drink to appeal to a wider range of consumers and is available at a more affordable price of £1.99 for a 500ml bottle compared with £2.59 for its premium cordial.
The packaging also has a more country kitchen feel to it than Bottlegreen’s premium colour bottled cordials to make the brand more accessible to younger drinkers and families.
Simon Speers, MD at Bottlegreen Drinks, said: “Introducing Blossom Cottage means we can profile elderflower to new audiences - we’ve made it more accessible and, at a more affordable price, it offers a fantastic soft drink alternative for families.”
