The Leadership Symposium will return for a second year on 29 November, once again presented by Jeremy Thompson from Sky News.
The themes of the event will be management development and team building. A diverse selection of speakers will include former Waitrose boss Lord Price, now minister for trade and investment, former Sainsbury’s CEO Justin King, who will talk about leadership through change, and double Olympic gold medallist Dame Kelly Holmes.
Former Walmart US CEO Jack Sinclair and current Asda CMO Andrew Moore will also speak at the event, as will Sainsbury’s director Judith Batchelar, who will be speaking about food development technology and data driven innovation. “As our industry develops over the coming years, the use of big data, science and technology will be fundamental if the UK is to drive productivity, economic growth, and job creation,” said Batchelar.
All proceeds will go to two fmcg-related charities: Grocery Aid and Working Options in Education. For tickets, call 01865 823895 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
