Fair trade organisation Traidcraft is adding a new range of cookies to its ethical repertoire in the run up to Christmas. Its first premium biscuit will be Organic Brazil Nut Cookies which launch in November. They are accredited by the Soil Association, the Vegetarian Society, and the Fairtrade Foundation, and come in a foil laminated pack (rsp 99p). Traidcraft, which also has a selection of wines under development, said that demand for fairly traded products had jumped by over 50% in the last two years. {{P&P }}
