A Hertfordshire organic wine producer is launching what it believes is the first range of fair-trade liqueurs in the UK.

Broughton Pastures is bringing out a Coffee and a Chocolate liqueur using organic ingredients sourced from fair-trade estates.

A further product, a Mead and Ginger wine, will use fair-trade ginger from Tanzania.
