Argentinian wine company, Trapiche, is launching an entry-level range at £3.99 as part of its goal to become the biggest brand from the country in the UK.
Trapiche Falling Star is a range of six varietal wines: a Merlot/Malbec; Cabernet Sauvignon; Tempranillo; Torrontes; Sauvignon/Semillon and Chardonnay.
Tim Ranscombe, director of South America for distributor Brand Phoenix, said: “Trapiche Falling Star delivers great fruit, super structure and remarkable complexity at the price point. The wines showcase what Trapiche can produce at the entry level.”
Falling Star is followed in price by Trapiche Varietals at £5.99 and Trapiche Broquel at £7.99. The range will be released in March.
