Militant producers group Farmers For Action is threatening further protests against supermarkets which they claim are still forcing processors to cut milk prices.
Denying reports in the Cheshire Daily Post that the group was now "defunct", chairman David Handley said: "We're alive and kicking and it'll be business as usual within a couple of weeks as we launch these protests."
Handley said the FFA would return to blockading depots if nothing changed. "Milk prices have fallen to their worst level in three years and two supermarkets are currently pressurising two major processors to lower prices even more.
"People may think we've lost our power because they haven't heard from us in a while, but look out!"
