Loch Fyne is the latest restaurant chain to be turned into a supermarket retail brand, with a new range of pour-over fish sauces and condiments.

The five premium sauces are based on recipes used in Loch Fyne's seafood restaurants, and include a dill & black pepper Hollandaise and a Thai chilli, ginger & lemongrass variant (rsp: from £1.99 to £2.29).

The range, developed by All About Food, is due to hit retail shelves in the spring together with three condiments Tartare, Thousand Island and a Salsa Verde (rsp: £1.49 to £1.99).

"The range has been developed with the Loch Fyne executive chef, to create premium and easy-to-use sauces that will liven up any fish meal, while the condiments will bring a new level of quality to the category," said Charlotte Dewhurst, marketing manager at All About Food, which also boasts Pizza Express and Nando's in its portfolio.
