A major stake in fish supplier Seafood Holdings has been put up for sale by its private equity owner.
Risk Capital Partners is reportedly looking to offload its 24% share in Seafood, which supplies fish to a raft of restaurants, hotels and pubs. High-profile customers include Heston Blumenthal and Gordon Ramsay.
According to the Sunday Times, Risk values the company at between £70m and £80m.
Seafood is controlled by its chief executive, Toby Baxendale, who holds a majority stake in the company.
