Loch Duart has won the Best fish gong at the 2012 Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Awards.

It picked up the prize for the whole Loch Duart Smokehouse range, which includes Oak Smoked salmon, Oak Roasted Flaky Salmon and Hot Smoked Salmon with Honey and Thyme.

Loch Duart MD Nick Joy said the company was “proud to invest in maintaining the Hebridean heritage of quality food production”.
