Seafood processor Sco-Fro hosted Scottish rural affairs secretary Richard Lochhead at its Galloway Seafoods factory in Dumfriesshire last week to show off last year’s £4m investment.
Improvements have resulted in a four-fold increase in capacity and new retail contracts.
