Whitby Seafoods has bolstered its portfolio with the launch of three new breaded seafood products, including a southern-fried variant.

Whole scampi in a garlic and parsley infused coating, seaside breaded scampi and breaded southern fried fillet goujons will go into the mults as of this month.

The launches would “tempt consumers with tasty, simple ways to enjoy fish and offer great value,” said Whitby Seafoods head of retail marketing Matt Whelan.
