Fishmonger and restaurant chain FishWorks is on course to double its store numbers to ten outlets in the space of a year.
FishWorks will open its ninth store in Richmond next week and has reached an agreement over its tenth site in Clapham, which is set to open by July.
It plans to open four outlets a year for the next few years. Chief executive Roy Morris said that like-for-like sales had been improving substantially.
The company recently bought one of its major suppliers, Devon-based Channel Fisheries, in order to guarantee the consistency and quality of supply and cut costs.
