Welsh organic flavoured milk brand Daioni has struck a three-year deal to become the Wales Rugby League’s official community partner.

The Daioni brand will now appear on the back of the Wales national shirt and on clothing worn by Wales Rugby League community development officers. The company will also help the league with grassroots projects.

Laurence Harris, Daioni co-founder and MD, said both organisations shared similar values and the partnership was a “natural fit” for Daioni given its family appeal and growing business within sport.

Wales Rugby League chairman Mark Rowley added: “They are a family-run business that reflects many of the values that we as an organisation uphold and have similar ambitions to grow the brand over the next two years.”
