n GlaxoSmithKline is taking its Macleans brand into health and beauty by adding Detox and Remineralise variants to its toothcleaning portfolio.
n Both offerings contain an active antibacterial formulation which the company claims purifies the mouth, eliminating bacteria that builds up overnight when less salvia is produced.
n A mouthwash version of the Detox offering (£3.69, 500ml) will roll out at the same time as the fluoride toothpastes when they hit shelves for the first time next month.
