Tate & Lyle has appointed Rachel Moffatt to the newly created role of marketing manager for its European food ingredients business.
Moffatt joins Tate & Lyle from HJ Heinz, where she was a
marketing and business manager responsible for the group’s health brands business unit.
During her time at Heinz, Moffatt worked on the Weight Watchers from Heinz and Linda McCartney brands.
Previously, she worked for Burton Biscuits as a product manager for Viscount and Jaffa Cakes, rising to group product manager of children’s biscuits.
Tate & Lyle said Moffatt would help it to build its new range of solutions sets - a portfolio combining ingredients and applications expertise to meet health and nutrition targets.
