Fledgling fish brand Harbour Smokehouse is launching a new gravad lax into The Co-operative Group stores on 10 April.

Consumers are encouraged to try the slices of farmed Atlantic salmon marinated in a sweet cure ‘Scandinavian-style’ - ie with dill & mustard sauce and cucumber salad.

The launch is the latest from salmon supplier Morpol, which owns the Harbour Salmon Co brand and Harbour Smokehouse sub-brand.
