People who struggle to eat enough veg could soon get a helping hand - from the makers of a vegetable foam that can be squirted onto food.

Fée Mouss’ is the brainchild of French company CCE, and comes in beetroot, carrot and spinach flavours, each blended with cream. The foam is currently available only in France, where it is sold in aerosol bottles containing about 10 drinking glasses’ worth.

It has been named innovation of the week by Datamonitor’s Product Launch Analytics.
