Venison push A PR and marketing campaign is under way to promote Scottish wild venison. The comprehensive autumn programme by the Scottish Game Dealers and Processors Association will include work with magazines, radio and television. It aims to dispel the view that venison is expensive, difficult to prepare and cook, and ends up tough on the palate.
