Jackson's of Piccadilly is refreshing the speciality teas category with the launch this week of three organic "mood teas"  said to be the first to blend traditional leaves with herbs. These aim to create a drink for a particular mood and time of day. Energising Tea for mornings includes South African antioxidant root rooibos. Refreshing Tea combines organic green tea with peppermint for daytime use, while Soothing Tea with camomile suits evenings. "They offer something more than a simple organic alternative," said brand manager Debbie Drake. "These are refreshing tea blends that just happen to be organic." She said relating speciality teas to familiar types and occasions would offer consumers a way in to the sector. Press ads in consumer health magazines or health features may appear later this year. Rsp: £1.39 for 20 teabags. l Twinings has also added two teas to its organic stable  Earl Grey and English Breakfast. {{P&P }}
