Gillette is building on August's high-profile launch of its five-blade razor Fusion with a range of branded gift packs for Christmas.

Four products, priced from £9.99 to £13.99, go on sale this month, primarily targeting women who are buying for their partners. Two capsule sets comprise a bathroom tidy, a 200ml bottle of HydraGel Ultra Sensitive shaving gel and either a manual or battery-powered razor, while a duo of waterproof washbags in blue and orange contain products such as a shave gel and aftershave balm, as well as a razor.

The gift packs will be supported by a new print and outdoor creative in the run-up to Christmas, which will also target women.

Ads feature David Beckham - the current face of the Gillette brand - alongside the strap­line 'Give him comfort and precision with the gift of Gillette Fusion'.

A separate ad campaign targeting men will run simultaneously.
