Patak's is bringing out three new Gold label cooking sauces made to authentic Indian recipes. The three new flavours are Tamil Hot Clove (spicy tomato and clove sauce) and Goan Pineapple (coconut and pineapple sauce with mustard seeds and curry leaves) from Southern India and Jaipuri Masala (tomato and lentil sauce with coriander) from the north of India.
