Lincs Turkeys reported a 5% sales increase, while Kelly Turkeys described sales as “buoyant”. “Being at the high end of the premium sector, we were an obvious vulnerability in the economic climate,” said MD Paul Kelly. “But we have an incredibly loyal customer base and it ended up being a good year.”

Bernard Matthews Farms said it had good annual growth in sales of its Golden Norfolk brand.
