Graham's will initially produce a one-litre vanilla flavour luxury ice cream, a 500ml organic line, and a 500ml Graham's Gold Jersey cream line. The new products are expected to be in stores by Easter. The ice cream, which will be produced at a new facility in Stirlingshire, was a natural extension to Graham's portfolio, according to managing director Robert Graham. "We are determined to use local farmers and to maintain the highest quality production methods," he said.
Despite the recession, Graham insisted consumers were continuing to indulge in premium products. "I am confident the taste and value for money offered by our luxury vanilla ice cream will appeal to our loyal and growing customer base," he said.
