Green Giant, one of the UK’s top canned vegetable brands, is back on TV promoting the health benefits of sweetcorn and bringing to life the brand’s ‘one of your 5-a-day’ message.

On air now, the national TV campaign is airing to coincide with the UK public’s traditional new year health drive.

The ad underlines the health benefits of Green Giant in a way that parents and children can relate to.

The motivating message will help to maximise consumer awareness by highlighting the fact that Green Giant sweetcorn has a key role in a healthy diet as part of the 5-a-day intake of fruit and vegetables recommended by the government.

Television advertising forms part of the £3m marketing support package for Green Giant in the 2008 fiscal year.
