Poultry producer Gressingham Foods has teamed up with a Michelin-starred-chef to encourage consumers to try cooking duck, and improve sales.

The company is working with Galton Blackiston on a campaign that will include on-pack promotions, recipes and cooking tips online, as well as demos at food festivals.

Gressingham's commercial director William Buchanan said he hoped the link would increase sales, with on-pack promotions boosting the "point-of-sale attractiveness" of Gressingham's products
