A Sussex supplier hopes to revive the region’s traditional dishes with a range of premium frozen ready meals.

Pink Cabbage’s spring/summer line-up includes Sussex Smokie pie made with local haddock (rsp: £4.95) and a hotpot (rsp: £4.75) inspired by a recipe created in Chiddingly 100 years ago.

The business sells through independents, farm shops and delis, and its local suppliers include the Northiam dairy and MCB Seafoods.
