BRL Hardy Wine Company is extending its number one off-trade range Hardys Stamp of Australia. The range increases from six to seven wines this month with the launch of Semillon Sauvignon Blanc. The company said the new addition would offer more choice for consumers and additional profit opportunities for retailers. It joins a burgeoning range which already includes a Chardonnay Semillon, Riesling Gewurztraminer, Grenache Shiraz, Shiraz Cabernet, Cabernet Merlot and a Sparkling Chardonnay. The newcomer has an rsp of £4.99 and features the trademark Australian postage stamp which is included on all Stamp of Australia wine labels. The launch comes on the back of busy year for the brand both in and out of the shopping aisles. It has been involved in a partnership with Breast Cancer Campaign and will be donating a minimum of £50,000 to the charity to help fund research into the cause of breast cancer and to find a cure. Hardys plans to get consumers on board by issuing point of sale material highlighting the partnership, including shelf wobblers, posters and merchandising units. {{DRINKS }}
