Heinz has appointed three business unit heads in a senior management reshuffle.
Robin Walker has become head of the quick serve meals business unit, which includes Heinz's chilled division.
Walker has been charged with increasing the pace of new product development and marketing initiatives in a bid to drive top-line growth. He was previously head of the frozen and chilled division.
He said: "As lifestyles evolve and consumers continue to demand more quality and convenience, we will be rising to the challenge with a number of exciting innovations over the next 12 months."
Clodagh Ward is head of the ketchup, condiments and sauces business unit. Her responsibilities include co-ordinating the marketing strategy for Heinz tomato ketchup.
She was previously general manager of Heinz's baby feeding division, but is best-known for spearheading the relaunch of Heinz salad cream in 1999 and 2000.
Mark Holdaway is head of Heinz's frozen business unit. He previously managed Heinz's grocery division before it was restructured into individual business units.
Holdaway said the vision for his unit was to become the premier frozen food business in the UK by "driving our base brand business through npd, strategic marketing and promotions".
