Arran Fine Foods has extended its range of preserves and mustards with five new recipes.

Produced in partnership with local suppliers on the Scottish island, the products include Cask Matured Apple & Arran Ale Chutney, Vintage Marmalade with Arran Malt Whiskey and Hot Beetroot Chutney.

A herb and farming business had inspired the recipes, said Debbie Ballach, marketing manager for parent company Paterson Arran. "We'd been pretty limited by what was on offer to us on the island until Robin's Herbs was set up," she explained.
