Young's Bluecrest has added two new premium fishcakes to its range in the latest step of its £5m relaunch. The prawn and salmon and broccoli fishcakes are to feature in its brand building television advertising campaign which started last month. Young's claim the new homemade style seafood went down a storm at consumer tasting sessions with an 88% definitely/ probably buy rating. Jim Cane, Young's Bluecrest commercial director, said: "The continuing wave of new products and advertising from Young's over the coming months is aimed to reinvigorate the whole seafood category." {{P&P }}
