Salisbury micro brewer Hop Back has joined the trend for producing beers that go with Asian food. Following in the footsteps of products such as Kingfisher and Cobra it has introduced Taiphoon, a 4.2% abv bottle conditioned beer. Joint managing director John Gilbert said: "The addition of lemon grass and our blend of hops and experience means it will appeal to premium lager drinkers. "Its taste complements Indian, Chinese, Thai and other Asian cuisine." So far, it is available in the Booth's chain. {{DRINKS }}
