nStart-up company Sparky Brand has jumped on the Omega-3 bandwagon with the launch of branded chickens enriched with the nutrient.
nThe newcomer forms part of a range of breakfast, lunch and dinner ingredients and drinks being introduced by the company, which was founded by former Sainsbury brand marketing director Jeremy Schwartz.
nIn a UK first, Sparky Brand Omega-3 whole chickens are being trialled in Selfridges at £5.85 per kilo.
