Schwan’s has transferred Josh Henderson from the US to build thinking from the region into its Chicago Town Pizza brand as consumer brand manager.

Henderson joins the UK team for 12 months, mirroring the year-long secondment of Paula Entwistle - the former Chicago Town UK brand manager - to America.

Schwan’s said Henderson would be key to its ongoing category expansion programme for the Chicago Town brand. He will provide support to the existing team and build on the success of the brand’s recent diversification into frozen ready meals with the launch of Chicago Town Deep Dishes.

Henderson will be responsible for extending the Chicago Town brand into new categories. He brings with him valuable experience and knowledge of the more developed US frozen convenience foods market.

Henderson was previously a senior research analyst at Schwan’s Minneapolis HQ.
