Low-salt range

A low-salt sausage from The Country Butcher has been declared foodservice sausage of the year by BPEX. It is part of a low-salt range produced by Gloucestershire family company the Country Butcher.

Fewer groundfish

The world's supply of white groundfish is expected to drop next year, dragged down by a larger-than-expected reduction in the Alaska pollock catch, according to the Global Groundfish Forum.
