Old enough to drink 

Speyside distillery Tomintoul has bottled its oldest ever whisky. The 31-year-old single malt comes in a silk-lined presentation box and will retail for around £199 a bottle. 

Haselgrove brands 

D&D Wines is to release two new wine brands from McLaren Vale producer Haselgrove into the UK. The Vincent's Breeze and Wet Feet ranges go on sale from the end of the month. 

Fladgate buys stocks 

The Fladgate Partnership, owners of port brands Taylor's, Fonseca and Croft, has bought stocks from producer Casa do Douro in a bid to keep up with growing demand for speciality ports such as aged tawnies. The company has also built a new warehouse for the aging of tawny ports.
