Sainsbury aims to capitalise on the trend for chilled cooking sauces with the launch of a seven-strong range of fresh cooking sauces based on recipes from China, Thailand and India. The range includes a spicy Thai Red Curry sauce, Chinese Sweet & Sour and Chinese Black Bean stir fry sauces,a spicy Indian Jalfrezi sauce, a mild and creamy Indian Korma sauce, Indian Tikka Masala sauce and an even spicier Indian Madras sauce. They are designed to be added to cooked meat or fish and then heated. They are available from the chiller cabinets in Sainsbury's (£1.49 for a 300ml pot). {{P&P }}
