Kraft is introducing mini snack pack formats of Oreo biscuits to target the lunchbox snack market.

Mini Oreos launch later this month in boxes of six (rsp: £1.59). Previously, the mini-sized biscuits had only been available in sharing tubs.

"The new design is easily portable and looks great on shelf, which we hope will make it really popular among mums looking for something special to put into kids' lunchboxes," said Nicola Wilkinson, Oreo marketing manager.

The launch will benefit from Oreo's £3m television and print advertising spend for 2010.
