Norwich based Sinclair International and its Californian subsidiary Sinclair Systems International have won an injunction against the giant FMC Corporation preventing them infringing one of the patents on its adhesive fruit labels. Sinclair provides labels and equipment worldwide and has sales of more than £40m in 33 countries with the US accounting for nearly half its business. Its Tab-Lift user friendly label allows easy removal from fruit with edible skins and is widely used to identify the ever increasing range of apples and pears. {{FRESH PRODUCE }}
