Sir: There is clearly work to be done to convince shoppers they can use online shopping sites without risk of fraud (‘Online payment security a major concern, say consumers,’ 9 April). This is an ever-increasing challenge as the perpetrators demonstrate innovation that would be admirable if it were of benefit to anyone other than themselves. However, it is also a holy grail that represents an opportunity to gain shopper loyalty for the grocery retailer that can produce a solution.
