Liverpool brewer Robert Cain is hoping to boost sales of its Christmas Ale by 500% this year. Last year's version of the beer sold 200,000 packs and for this year it has already presold one million. In addition to the gift tube (£1.99) it has brought out a pack containing two bottles and a Santa branded pint glass (£4.99) and a three can pack (£2.99).
