Restaurant chain Maison Blanc has been moved into the confectionery market.

Developed under licence by The Gourmet Candy Company, the range is rolling out exclusively to Harrods for this Christmas ahead of a wider launch to selected delis next year.

The line-up will include dark chocolate coated salted caramels, as well as Montelimar nougat and handmade praline almond bites.

“We have worked closely with The Gourmet Candy Company and Maison Blanc to create an affordable range that appeals to the premium end of the confectionery market,” said Adam Bass, account director at Maison Blanc licensing agent Golden Goose.
