Three Spanish bodegas, Argüeso, Barbadillo and Hidalgo, are stepping up their promotional campaign to raise the UK profile of Manzanilla. Last year's campaign aimed to educate consumers that Manzanilla is more of a wine than a sherry that should be drunk ice cold and consumed within three days. This year's aim is to get people trialling it. The campaign includes samplings, media relations and point of sale activity.
