The UK cheese market is nearly 9% down year on year for the first five months of this year, according to Ministry of Agriculture figures. UK butter output has dropped 6.6%, against an EU average drop of 1.8%, but whole milk powder has surged by 8.8%. {{PROVISIONS }}
