AHDB Pork’s pulled pork marketing push, which contributed to a 19.2% year-on-year increase in pork shoulder sales from last April to June, is to return next month.

The levy body said the campaign, which showcases the simplicity and taste of pulled pork, would air in two successive bursts this year, from February to May.

It will consist of a TV ad backed by PR, social media and in-store activity, as well as new recipe ideas on lovepork.co.uk.
