Aldi has introduced its second Wine Festival – a selection of 12 tipples to build on the ‘success’ of last summer’s debut push. Available online from this week, the Spring Wine Festival collection comprises red, white and rosé varietals – all priced below £8.
The second instalment of the initiative formed part of the discounter’s aim of delivering “quality wine with outstanding value” to its shoppers, said a spokesman. “All of the wines have a great story, allowing our customers a glimpse into the provenance of some of the most beloved and treasured wine in our suppliers’ collection.”
The festival includes variants from South Africa, Italy, France, Spain and Hungary.lisa
