Dinner to Dine For

Multibrand marketing push Dinner To Dine For is returning to stores in October.

The month-long sampling tour kicks off on 8 October and will visit 40 large-format Tesco and Sainsbury’s stores in addition to London’s Victoria and Waterloo stations. Activity will also include promotions designed to encourage consumers to enjoy a ‘big night in’.

Brands taking part this year - the third time the campaign has run - include Carte D’Or, Echo Falls, Percol, Port Salut, San Miguel and Mahou beers, The English Provender Company and Walkers Market Deli.

Organiser Brand Belief, which said it expected the tour to reach half a million people, said previous activity had brought a 303% sales uplift on the day of the event.
