Marks & Spencer has been hit by the exit of new channels director Susan Aubrey-Cound.

She had been working alongside Laura Wade-Gery on developing M&S’s online offer.

Aubrey-Cound becomes the second senior figure to leave the high street giant this week, after the departure of brand director Alison Jones.

News of Jones’ departure emerged yesterday. She had been in the role for less than a year, having been brought on board by Marc Bolland in May as part of a shake-up of the retailer’s senior management.
