Mars is turning up the heat on promotions for its ice cream tubs range with a national poster campaign which begins on August 12. As part of an ongoing £2.7m advertising push, posters for its Bounty, Mars and Twix tubs will be put up at sites across the UK for two weeks. The posters join consumer press ads running in TV listings and celebrity magazines. Mars estimates more than half of its targeted 16 to 34-year-old audience will see the posters at least 26 times during the fortnight. Rsp for the 500ml tubs remains at £2.79. Trade relations manager Sam McElligott said: "This latest phase will keep Mars ice cream tubs at the forefront of consumers' minds through the remaining summer months." {{MARKETING - P&P }}
