Rosé brand Mateus is rolling out a £1.2m national TV advertising campaign to boost sales during the summer months. The ads, which target 20 to 35-year-olds, will feature Mateus Rosé Original and new variant Mateus Rosé Temperanillo.

"Brands are at the centre of the category's success and Mateus Rosé is the most iconic and well known quality rosé brand in the world," said brand manager Helen Bull. "We are confident that our UK investment this year will take brand awareness to new levels and outperform any other wine advertising."

The pink polar bear ads will launch on 31 July and will run throughout August.
